Debbie Downer...

I have been searching for a floral piece since..like forever!! So, when I came across these online at Etsy I thought my prayers had been answered. Until I opened it up to find myself not smiling. I guess I was expecting something a bit more even color...I do like the center of the flower but the ends of some of the petals are just too yellow?! Take a look for yourself. Maybe I am over-reacting... maybe not... I will be taking them with me to the hair trial to see if they work...but in the mean time I am back to searching...and trying not to be a debbie downer...

Any suggestions as to where I should be looking ?
Have a great Wednesday!

Hmmm, I see what you mean about the yellow. It's still beautiful, and you are probably the only person that would notice it. But if it bothers you then you should keep on looking. You definitely don't want to regret it on the big day...

Some options:

Head Dress Designs: http://theblissfulbride.blogspot.com/2009/02/spotlight-almost-saturday-head-dress.html

DK Designs: http://www.dkdesignshawaii.com/wedding_florals.html

Etsy Seller Myrakim: http://www.etsy.com/shop.php?user_id=5060316

That's are the best I know of. I hope you find something that makes you happy!

I recommend going to a hobby lobby or Micheals and making your own flower, you can order some pearls or some swavorski AB crystals and dress it up exactly the way you like. And if you're not crafty, the employees at those stores usually are and they are more than willing to help show you how to put it all together. Best of luck.

I see what you mean about the yellow but the flowers are still very pretty. You might be surprised once the flowers are in your hair. :)

I really, really like these. I like the slight variation of tone because on the pictures it gives each petal more definition. It's not just a white blob.

If you're still unhappy, maybe you can contact the original provider and they would remake them for you.

I agree with Shelikestotravel. If you had real flowers, they would have variation in color, so if the silk ones were all one color it would look unnatural. Are they the size you want? Can you remove some of the petals to customize?

I made my own so I could have exactly what I wanted. I posted instructions on my blog - give it a try! :)
