Back to Cake....
So, after listening to all of your opinions...(thank you by the way!!) I thought I was settled...until I came across this cake! Am I crazy or is this a perfect cake for our setting? Soon as I saw it I thought of a tree...the way the icing is put on...it reminds me of bark on a tree. Our cake will only be 4 tiers.

I like the last idea but honestly, I loooove this. So original! And with the design + birds would be just adorable.
Throw other people's opinions to the wind and go with what you like -- in the end that's what you'll be happy with!
Amanda sold me :) i just purchased those birdies! I figure if i don't use them with the cake..i will for sure use them elsewhere! If they were cheaper i'd buy more!
