Baby Shower Number 2!

I was sooo excited for today to come! The 2nd baby shower was held today at the HT Grill in Redondo Beach, Ca. It was absolutely adorable! Everything was planned and designed around the baby invitation... I was obsessed with all the details and snapped away!

The entrance was soo inviting! I loved how they placed brown and blue dots on the ground...they even said "Maxwell" on them. What a cute name!

There were tables outside and inside...again notice the dots!

Each place setting had a small flower with a name card. The tiny flowers smelled really good!

The M&M's said, "Max" & "Maxwell." Loving the cute ribbon!

The theme carried throughout the room. Loving those balloons! I wanted to take one and run!

Mmm the berry parfait was ahhh-mazing! Fresh berries with lemon curd!

The soon to be Daddy came a little later towards the end of the party...he loved some of the gifts!

I have had such a good time these past two weekends with my friends! In just weeks we will have two new babies!! I can't wait to meet Sophia & Maxwell!

A Picnic with Props!

As many of you know I am a huge fan of props during a photo shoot! I had plenty for our wedding...and tied up a quick bouquet for our Forever After shoot... It just adds a nice touch to a picture...So, when I saw some of these beautiful shots from Jordana at Hazelnut Photography..I simply had to share. Click pictures to enlarge.

Add a basket of flowers! So, simple and perfect! It kinda tells a story..

Throw on a colorful scarf...especially when your photo site isn't very colorful...and you want to add a pop of color!

This bride to be went over to My Sweet & Saucy to snatch up a couple of beautiful cookies!

Simple signs... Novio! & Novia! (boyfriend, girlfriend)

May absolute favorite....prop...these simple flowers & mini cupcakes... Lets have a picnic! I am also loving the picnic cloth.

Inspiration from Nature

Jasmine from Couture Cakery created this beautiful wedding cupcake tower.

The spider mum on top is perfect to complete the look with a copper brown ribbon at the base.

The moss is absolutely amazing!! Yes, this is a real tree stump!

Feeling Mushy..

Today, I was feeling mushy....I was thinking about how it felt right before I walked down the aisle. So many thoughts rushing through my head...and a big smile never left my face! I was anxious to see my soon to be Husband and wondering how he was doing, standing out there in front of everyone! On my way home from work today, I popped in our wedding cd, that our DJ gave us as a gift. I played it over and over and over..etc..you get the idea!! Thinking about our ceremony...first dance...and our intimate conversation at dinner..as we took a minute to breathe...and take in our day. We had a sweetheart table...(I totally recommend!)

We have 42 days till our 1 year anniversary! I can't believe how fast this year has flown by!

Today, I was at a beautiful baby shower in Newport Beach. Two of my neighbors are pregnant and they are one week apart! So, today was shower 1... Here are a couple of pictures from my day!

Travel Consultant

I wanted to share with my East Coast readers who live in Central PA about my Mother who is a 30 plus year experienced Travel Consultant. She is the owner of Leisure Tours & Cruises.

She has recently developed a website and slowly building it to her liking and will be posting a whole section on destination weddings and honeymoons. Since the economy hasn't been very good many couples are opting for the destination weddings which are typically much more affordable.
