HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!!

I hope you all had a fabulous Halloween! We did some pumpkin carving and headed down to San Diego this past weekend! We went to a club called Stingaree...spent the entire night up on the rooftop enjoying the nightlife!

For some reason it was more fun to drink the wine with my halloween straws!

The Husband and I decided at the very last minute to be pilots!

Couple of friends went with the Alice in Wonderland theme!

Our friend Matt went with Tom Selleck! His mustache was hilarious!

The rooftop was so nice and being able to sit down...ohh we felt like VIPS!

What did you all do for Halloween!!! We are already planning for next years costumes!

Already has a home!

Soon as I received the prints in the mail I was off to the frame shop! On Sunday we found it a home.... Everytime I glance over at the print it brings me right back to our wedding day and all the planning that led up to our amazing day.

I am keeping the second print for something in the near future!

Today, I clicked on over to Tying the Knot...a blog I frequently follow... Jessica posted on a very cute poster! I went to visit the Etsy Seller OrangeBeautiful and well, I ended up buying two adorable 8 by 10 posters! I plan on framing & keeping the first one and giving the "Love" poster as a gift!

We used the "eat drink be married" theme at my bridal shower and on our napkins at our wedding! I think its adorable! I will post pictures of them soon as I get my little hands on them!

Spotlight!

I had to share with you this pictures of a cake from my friends wedding Oct 3rd. I have never seen this before...there were tiny candles placed on each of the layers.. the staff at the venue kept replacing the candles making sure they were always lit! This one was gorgeous cake!

The candles made this cake very "romantic." Oh and it was delicious too!

Excitement!

I am so happy to share that my parents have re-entered the camping world! They purchased a camper!!! I am so excited for the both of them and for all of their upcoming travels! My parents even sent me a couple photos...

My Father is a little boy again! It feels good knowing my parents are happy and enjoying life to the fullest! Especially with me on the other side of the country not being there I do worry!

We used to go camping all the time when we were younger in our little pop up camper! Tons of memories were created during all of our trips...puts a smile on my face just thinking about them. oh, how I miss the taste of mountain pies! My parents will be doing long trips this time and will be driving across the country to see us! I am soo excited!! Eli, our cairn terrier will also be traveling with them which has stirred up my thinking! Eli is going to need some camping supplies right?!! My Mother and I have come across several adorable supplies!

This would be perfect to allow Eli to lay out but stay off the ground from all the bugs!

Oh I can't wait for the camping to begin! All this puppy stuff is soo adorable! Here is a picture of our little girl Eli Mae with Kingston on the right! Can you tell that they love each other?!

Possibility..

My soon to be SIL is in the beginning stages of planning the big day! Currently, she is looking at a Navy/Black/Green combo. Which translates into peacock feather inspiration! I did a post of a wedding a little while back who went with this very theme...this morning I came across this one! I love this one a little more! Possibly due to all the jewel tones used throughout and just a hint of the peacock...take a peak at these stunning images by Kate Triano.
