East Coast Trip

We are back east visiting family and friends! Our mission was to surprise my Father ..mission accomplished!! I wish I had a picture of his facial expression when he saw me!  Tomorrow night is his 60th birthday party so there is little time to bake tons of cupcakes and put together all the food. I'm going to be enjoying every second of it!!

Did I mention how nice it is to be home? Especially when we have little Eli Mae waiting to give us tons of love and kisses!! She is such a sweetheart!!

I'll be back posting Sunday with tons of pictures from the party and all the details!

An Engagement Party

Our friends, Andrew & Vanessa recently became engaged! This past weekend the brides family hosted a beachy engagement soiree! Here is a picture right after he proposed and she said YES!!

The wedding date banner was posted up high for all to see!

Look at this delicious yummy cake!

It was such a lovely party with tons of family and friends!

Each table centerpiece were either a tall or short vase filled with floating candles and goldfish.

My favorite special touch of the evening was the "advice" tree.

Can't pass up some yummy personalized M&Ms!

Here is a picture of the ring dish I ordered specially for the bride to be! I couldn't believe how my gift fit perfectly with the theme! I unfortunately do not have a picture of the actual dish..
If interested in ordering one click on over to Say Your Piece.

**Vanessa sent me a pic of her ring resting nicely in her beautiful dish!! At the time they did not have a date set so I used their engagement date**

They had the most delicious food cratered from Spaghetti Eddie's for the evening.

Near the end of the night they play the pre-newlywed game. It was hilarious!

Thank You to the MOB for allowing me to share these photos!

Andrew and Vanessa, congratulations on your engagement!
We are excited for July 30, 2011!!!

An East Coast Soiree

About a year ago I reconnected with an old High School friend. Trang and I played on the tennis team together. I believe she was a senior and I was a freshman :) Well, thanks to Facebook we have been able to catch up! I remember her telling me she was planning a wedding!! Well the time has come, look at her beautiful photographs...isn't she stunning?

I have fallen for her dress...

Can you guess where they tied the knot?

Love the red petals in the air!

I wonder if they choreographed their first dance?

I am totally into the reds and purples...

 Such a beautiful couple! Congratulations!!

Yellow Mellow!

Here are a few more pictures from my friend Anna's wedding the other month!
These beautiful orchids lined up the aisle for the ceremony...

Then they were placed on every other table at the reception!

She went over to Etsy and purchased these cute luminaries which acted as table numbers. A battery tea light was placed inside for a warm glow.

These pretty flowers adorned the other tables...

Look at the beautiful bird cage!

The delicious and beautiful wedding cake!

If you look closely you may recognize two little birdies...Look familiar right!!
